COVID-19 Attendance Policy Updated March 9, 2022

Here is a summary of the updates, bringing us in line with CDC and NY State guidance when transmission levels are Substantial or High. You can read our full policy here.

Updates

Services and Events

Services and events will be multi-access, with a Zoom option (as practical) and in-person attendance without specified limits. Masks are required for everyone over age 2. Preregistration is not required. We continue to request that everyone sign in for contact tracing purposes.

Masks

Mask wearing is required indoors for everyone over age 2 regardless of vaccination status.

Physical Distancing

Physical distancing is currently not required, but we will do our best to accommodate people who wish to have 6 feet between them and others.

Food and Socializing

Food and socializing are currently permitted. When eating indoors, we ask everyone to follow "airline rules," that is, to keep your mask on except when actually taking a bite or a sip.

Maximum Ventilation

We will provide maximum ventilation during indoor gatherings, including opening windows when weather conditions allow and keeping the sanctuary attic exhaust fan running. Two portable HEPA filters are available and currently used in classrooms.

We strongly encourage everyone to get fully vaccinated and boosted, to stay home if you feel ill, and to get tested if you have any symptoms or concerns.

Support

Help sustain our transformative, welcoming spiritual community.
